Talgat Shokanov
Talgat is CEO of QuantumPro, Inc., which he founded in 2016, following a 15-year career at Schlumberger, where he held a variety of international assignments. He previously spearheaded the global business and technology development of Schlumberger's Cuttings Re-Injection via hydraulic fracturing unit, including subsurface engineering, disposal domain mapping, and diagnostics analysis. Talgat is widely recognized for technical expertise in multiple fractures mechanics, fracturing pressure analysis, and containment assurance. He holds numerous patents and has authored over 50 technical papers. Talgat holds a BS and MS degrees in Petroleum Engineering from Satbayev University in Kazakhstan.
John Oliver
John is a business advisor to QuantumPro Inc. He has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including a number of senior executive positions with M-I SWACO, a Schlumberger company. He managed all the segments in the South American business unit as Senior VP and served as Global Marketing Manager. John went on to lead Prince Energy, a division of Prince International, from which he retired in July 2018. He currently serves on a number of boards and is an advisor to several companies, as well as energy private equity investment firm. John holds a BS degree with Honors in Biochemistry from University of St Andrews in Scotland.
Francisco E. Fragachan
Francisco is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at QuantumPro, Inc. He has over 40 years of global experience in the oil and gas industry, combining deep technical expertise with strong business leadership. His international experience includes Latin America, Europe, Russia, the Far East, North Africa, and the Middle East. He also served as Managing Director of Weatherford’s R&D Center in Dhahran Technology Valley, in collaboration with Aramco. Francisco has authored over 100 technical papers and holds 20 patents. He earned a Master’s and Ph.D. in Rock Physics, with complementary studies at the Krannert School of Management and Business at Purdue University.
Mo Cordes
Mo is a business development advisor at QuantumPro, Inc. He brings deep domain, business development, and innovation expertise to QuantumPro, Inc. Prior to his current role, he held several leadership positions at Von Gonten Laboratories and Engineering, including COO, President, and Vice President. Before that, he was with Schlumberger as President for Integrated Production Services, Vice President of Marketing for North America, and Global Vice President of Marketing and Technology for Reservoir Management. He has served as a board member on several oil and gas technical committees, including the Petroleum Technology Transfer Council (PTTC). He earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University.
Rino Mangiameli
Rino is the Managing Director at QuantumPro, Inc. He has over 30 years of diverse experience in the oil, gas, downstream and CCUS industries, including several senior and global executive management positions with SLB and M SWACO. He has extensive expertise in global business development, new technology sales, account management, and the development, production, and drill cuttings management of oil and gas fields. He is currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and focuses on business development, the commercialization of new technologies, and exploring new opportunities in key international markets. Rino holds a BS and an MS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florence in Italy.
Adil Mukhitov
Adil is a carbon sequestration business advisor to QuantumPro, Inc. He has over 35 years of diverse experience in the oil, gas, geothermal, and CCUS industries, including several senior and global management positions with Schlumberger. He has extensive expertise in geology, geophysics, seismic, and the development and production management of oil and gas fields. He currently serves on the board and is an advisor to several technology and carbon sequestration companies. Adil holds a BS and MS degree in Oil and Gas Geophysics from Gubkin State Oil and Gas University in Moscow, Russia.
Quan Guo
Quan is a geomechanics advisor at QuantumPro, Inc. He was with M-I SWACO and then Schlumberger from 2003 to 2022. Before M-I SWACO, he was with Advantek from 2000 to 2003 and TerraTek from 1992 to 2000. His experience includes perforating and hydraulic fracturing lab testing and modeling, drilling fluids and wellbore strengthening, cuttings and produced water re-injection. He holds 13 patents and has authored over 80 technical papers. He holds a BS degree in Mathematics and Mechanics from Lanzhou University, a MS degree in Engineering Mechanics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China, and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University in the USA.
Posi Jejelowo
Posi is a VP of Business Development in North America for QuantumPro, Inc. Posi has spent over a decade of his career focused on assisting operators to improve all aspects of their hydraulic fracturing programs. He has held operational, technical, and business development positions at SLB, Weatherford, and Biota with key focus on frac diagnostics and frac-monitoring technologies. Posi has monitored unconventional wells in nearly every basin in North America and is well-known for his efforts to improve the way our industry designs well completions. He holds a BS in chemical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
Barry Simpson
Barry is an experienced business development advisor at QuantumPro, Inc. Prior to joining QuantumPro, Inc., he was a senior executive manager at SLB, where he served as Director of Global Operations for SLB Environmental Solutions in Houston, Texas, and he was Latin America Regional Director for SLB Environmental Solutions, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Earlier in his career, he worked offshore as an engineer in the UK, Norwegian, and Danish sectors of the North Sea, based out of Aberdeen. Currently, Barry is leveraging his extensive experience to support QuantumPro's business growth strategy in the UK and Europe. Barry holds an MSc in Strategic Planning and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland and has studied Business Strategy at Oxford University in the United Kingdom.
Megan Coffing
Megan is a Marketing Director at QuantumPro, Inc. Prior to joining QuantumPro, Inc., she has held Creative Director roles for both Weatherford and Schlumberger oil and gas service companies where she was responsible for the development of product commercialization campaigns, annual reports, brand identity guidelines, and regional or country specific documents which highlight the special relationship/benefits that the companies bring to the regions. In addition to Weatherford and Schlumberger Megan worked with BHP Billiton creating a wide range of projects across various mediums, including company safety initiatives, training materials, and recruiting campaigns.
Sara Arizmendi
Sara Arizmendi is a dedicated HR and payroll professional at QuantumPro, Inc. She brings over 7+ years of experience in talent management, human resources, payroll processing, and employee relations. As the head of the HR and Payroll Department, she ensures accurate and compliant payroll practices while fostering a positive and productive workplace environment. In addition to her HR responsibilities, Sara also contributes to the accounting department, supporting various financial processes and helping maintain the company’s fiscal integrity. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in business management from University of Houston – Victoria.
